The Indonesian cooking class in August was a fabulous day with green jackfruit and chicken curries done to perfection. A zesty sambal and grilled fish completed the main course. The sweet coconut sticky rice and tingle berry upside down cake finished off the meal.Spring has arrived on the Atherton Tableland with beautiful warm days and cool nights. The fruit trees are in flower and gardens alive with birds. The chickens have started laying again and eggs are in plentifuly supply.
