The robust flavours of the Middle East blend will come to life when paired with our native fruits and spices. From the zesty fresh shores of Turkey to the warm & spicy roads of Lebanon, this lunch will showcase the must try dishes of the Middle East!

The banquet style lunch will begin with a generous spread of house made flat breads, dips and chutneys then move into a feast of spicy tagines, fragrant rice and slow cooked lamb. The lunch will finish with Persian love cake and orange blossom ice-cream. Cost is $55 per person for a shared 3 course meal, with a complimentary mocktail - the venue is BYO. The local produce of the Atherton Tablelands region is combined with traditional French techniques to create a unique dining experience. Start the day with a Charcuterie board laden with local cheeses, small goods & our Rainforest Bounty fruit pastes and chutneys. For main course we travel from Marseille to Lyon with dishes like bouillabaisse, cassoulet & beef bourguignon. Complete the day with mille feuille of local berries and fresh cream for dessert.

Local musicians will serenade you as you taste new sensations and afterwards, delight in the rare bird-life and try your eye spotting platypus and tree kangaroos. As the weather heats up, so do our Sunday lunches! Our December Sunday lunch will take you from the coasts of Peru to the heart of Brazil with this larger than life banquet.

The day will start with a refreshing spread of zesty salsas and ceviche then move through to a grand spread of churrasco - Brazilian style bbq’d meats. For dessert, a play on the beloved ‘alfajores' - a South American biscuit with gooey caramel served alongside platanos calvados - spiced sticky bananas with a bitter chocolate sauce. Cost is $55 per person for a shared 3 course meal, with a complimentary mocktail - venue is BYO.
